One probable human West Nile virus (WNV) case was confirmed, and two new confirmed cases were reported since the last update. Nine confirmed and five probable WNV human cases have been reported in 2024. Sixteen WNV-positive birds and one WNV-positive horse were identified this season.
Adult mosquito surveillance has concluded for 2024.
